Dempster's Automotive Return, Warranty, and Privacy Policies
Return Policy
All products, with the except of electrical components and fluids, purchased online from Dempster's Automotive can be returned if purchased within 30 days. The products must be returned in the original packaging and must be clean, complete, unused and accompanied by the original invoice.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all parts and accessories prior to installation. Defective parts are guaranteed for over the counter replacement only. If a replacement is not available, money will be refunded within 7 days. Freight charges are non-refundable.
The refund will be given as a credit via the original payment method for the amount paid on the original purchase date.
Dempster's Automotive reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the orders.
Any parts not picked up within 30 days will be restocked and the customer will lose their deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If the order is cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.
Warranty Policy
All warranty repairs must first have approval from Dempster's Automotive. Warranty begins from the time of purchase - not installation.
Warranty covers parts only. Warranty does not cover labour.
Warranty can never exceed the original purchase price and is void if the part(s) have been disassembled or altered in any way.
Improper installation will void the warranty on any part purchased from Dempster's Automotive.
Warranty is non-transferable and may only be used by the original buyer.
Cores:
To receive your core refund, all cores must be returned in the original box with your original receipt from Dempster's Automotive and be in re-buildable condition. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for return of "core valued" items.
Privacy Policy
Dempster's Automotive is aware of the concern of how your information is used and shared. As a part of our dedicated customer service to you, we have measures and policy in place to keep your personal information private while doing business with us. Dempster's Automotive reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice.
Information Collection
Dempster's Automotive may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, and email address. Dempster's Automotive may also collect your credit card information and billing address when you provide Dempster's Automotive with such information.
Dempstersauto.ca may use third party products and services for the purpose of gathering anonymous traffic statistics via web beacons and cookies. Dempster's Automotive and its third party service providers may also use pixels, or transparent GIF files, for web site management and user tracking.
Dempstersauto.ca transmits non-personally identifiable user information about visitors to the servers of reputable third parties for the purpose of targeting its internet banner advertisements on other sites.
Information Use
Dempster's Automotive may share personal customer information provided to Dempster's Automotive and our website - dempstersauto.ca, with third parties who provide services/products to Dempster's Automotive.
Use of your information may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Dempster's Automotive will not rent, trade, or sell our customer's personal information to third parties. This aggregate data may be shared with and used by third parties in order to allow Dempster's Automotive suppliers have better understanding and ability to serve our customers better.
Dempster's Automotive recommends that you engage with the personal services on dempstersauto.ca, however you can use most of the online services without registering your personal information. Changes to your profile can be changed at any time if you are registered with Dempster's Automotive.
